Free Car Show: Hollywood Cars – June 12-21

Car guys…..Do you remember the General Lee? Or the Ferrari Daytona Spyder from Miami Vice?  Make plans to check out some of the most famous Hollywood cars that have graced television and feature films at the free The Hollywood Car Show June 12-21 at the Northbrook Court mall, with cars from the Volo Auto Museum.

Cars on show include The General Lee driven by Bo and Luke Duke of TV’sgeneral-lee “The Dukes of Hazzard,” and the 1979 Porsche 928 that zipped Tom Cruise through the streets of Chicago’s North shore in the film “Risky Business.”

Automobiles that have graced the silver screen as well as the small screen including Herbie from Herbie Fully Loaded and the Ferrari Daytona Spyder from “Miami Vice” will appeal to every generation. For more details, call 847-498-8161.

The Hollywood Car Show runs from Friday, June 12, through Sunday, June 21, at Northbrook Court mall, 2171 Northbrook Court, Northbrook.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays. Free. (847) 498-8161.
