With the passing of the “pop king”, come join Congressman Danny K. Davis, local singers Shari Addison (BET’s “Sunday Best”), Carl Thomas and Ben One, Jackie Taylor (Black Ensemble Theater) and others for the free event called “The Man from Neverland: A Tribute to the Music and Memory of Michael Jackson”.
The producers of the hit urban arts and entertainment cable show, RawTV, are banding together with heavy hitters from the Chicago music and professional business community to pay tribute to the musical legacy of Michael Jackson. For one night only on Tuesday, July 28th there will be a very high profile 90 minute “off the wall” performance held at the Harold Washington Cultural Center.
