Are you ready to rock? The giant music festival Lollapalooza storms into town this weekend in Grant Park on August 7-9, taking over the Chicago lakefront with three days of rockin’ music. If you can’t afford the high-priced tickets, you still get some of the music glow at one of the many free after parties popping up around town during Lollapalooza this year.
Some of these are free events (with an RSVP and over 21 years of age -see listing below), with some of the Lollapalooza artists playing the festival this weekend, and might include a hosted bar or free stuff. So if you aren’t planning on heading to Grant Park this weekend, join in on some of the free fun and low-cost fun of Lollapalooza weekend.
