Rachael Ray is headed to Chicago on Friday, August 21, for her free Big Block Party! The free event will be held during the day in Wrigleyville.   
A live taping helps kick off Season 4 of Ray’s Emmy Award-winning talk show.   The block party features food from six local restaurants, cooking demos, live music and more.
