The two day free street fair is Saturday and Sunday from 12 Noon until 8PM.  The Fest begins with the kickoff party Friday night at 6pm on the Glenwood Ave North Stage.   This year’s Friday Night Opening Jam promises to be the best kickoff party yet.  Starting at 6pm until 10pm on Friday the 23rd, the cobblestone streets of Glenwood Avenue north of Morse come alive.  Featuring on the Heartland Cafe / Red Line Tap North Stage:

Devil in a Woodpile – live acoustic blues and ragtime; Read My Hips – exotic bellydancing  and fire dancing with Pyrotechniq

Saturday and Sunday, more than 80 local artists, mostly from the neighborhood, join the fest with a showcase of their works across all media. Three stages feature live music, theater and dance performances, and local bars and restaurants such as Moresland and The Glenwood sell food and drinks, including champagne slushies and crepes. Grab a map and take a self-guided tour of artists’ studios on Saturday and Sunday.
