Come join Chicago Bar Project and Chicago After Work as we celebrate Mardis Gras on February 16th at Fifty/50 in Wicker Park. Admission is free with open bar hosted by Malibu Rum and complimentary appetizers from 6-7pm. Drink specials will be available from 7-9pm:

  • $5 Malibumardi gras in chicago
  • $5 Absolut
  • $6 Jameson
  • $9 Malibu Rum Runners (22oz)

A bash features samba dancers, live music from Carpacho y su Combo Sexy, menu specials and free masks and beads.

The CrossRoads Bar & Grill (1120 W. Madison St.) hosts Mardi Gras on Madison on Tuesday, Feb. 16. Drink specials for the bash include $2 beer cans, $5 Hurri-Kanes (inspired by Chicago Blackhawk Patrick Kane) and $2 Bottleneck Sliders.

Moonshine Mardi Gras
Wicker Park’s Moonshine hosts a Mardi Gras party on Tuesday evening, Feb. 16. Chef Aaron Ortego offers tradition Cajun specials like a Muffaletta sandwich with hand-cut fries ($11), shrimp and Andouille sausage gumbo ($13) and cocktails such as Southern Comfort Hurricanes ($5) and lime shots ($3). The party also includes free giveaways of beads and T-shirts and from 9 p.m.-2 a.m., Cajun karaoke.
