Free Concert by Laura Doherty on Whole Foods Market Lincoln Park Stage at 11:30am-12:30pm – Free Event!
Laura Doherty is a Chicago-based children’s musician with an ear for a catchy melody. She has recorded and co-produced several Parents’ Choice Award-winning CDs for children, including her most recent CD “Kids in the City”, which has hit the XM radio airwaves and was rated a top 10 CD of 2009 by Time Out NY Kids Magazine. Time Out Chicago calls Laura “one of the best things this year (2009) to happen to Chicago Kids.” 
Laura delivers a highly interactive show that includes some Chicago-themed songs about the El Train, the zoo, skyscrapers and more, as seen through a child’s eyes.
