Learnapalooza is a free, day-long neighborhood learning festival happening on June 19, 2010 from 10am to 5pm in the Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago. Current free classes include: yoga, cooking, salsa making, dance lessonsself defense, photoshop, beer tasting, Zumba, photoshop, website building, poker, and more!Community members will share their skills by leading free workshops in various Wicker Park spaces that everyone can attend.
Anyone who has something to share – and basically we all do – can offer a class. Current classes include: yoga, salsa making, self defense, photoshop, beer tasting, Zumba, poker, and more! It’s a fun and free way to share your passions and learn new skills.

Learnapalooza is a community skill exchange happening on June 19th from 10am to 5pm. Neighborhood residents, artists, and business owners will share their knowledge, skills, and passions by leading free workshops throughout the day in Wicker Park spaces that businesses have offered for the event. Everyone is welcome to participate and attend this event. We hope the festival encourages all attendees to realize on how much they have to teach and learn from others. In addition to fostering free, creative exploration, Learnapalooza will give neighbors a chance to meet one another in a setting which allows for the foundation of new and interesting relationships.
