Classes, held in the restaurant, are limited to 40 guests. A long-time patron of Chicagoland farmers, Chef Walton will advise guests on how to select the best meat, produce, and seafood along with offering some of his favorite tips and recipes. The Heartland 101 classes are complimentary to attend and will include complimentary wine and beer tastings and bites from MARKETHOUSE’s dinner menu.
