Millennium Park: Free Workouts on the Great Lawn – August 21, 28 – Saturdays to Sept 11




Millennium Park invites Chicagoans and Chicago visitors to kick off their weekends with energizing FREE workouts on the Great Lawn of the Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Chicago. Free workouts are open to people with all levels of experience, are 45 minutes long and will be held from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. every Saturday from June 5 through September 11, 2010.

Each week, instructors from will lead free classes in Tai Chi at 7 a.m., Free Yoga sessions at 8 a.m., Free Pilates workouts at 9 a.m. and Free Dance Aerobics at 10 a.m. New this year will be live music during the yoga and Pilates classes, played over Millennium Park’s state-of-the-art sound system.
