Calling all adventurous Chicagoans! Don’t let this cold weather in Chicago slow you down. Come out and enjoy the tenth annual free Polar Adventure Days on December 13, January 24, and February 21. Watch as amazing ice sculptures are created right in front of you, meet an arctic dog sled team, and see birds of prey and other live animals. You can also make winter crafts, sip hot cocoa, and snowshoe, if there is snow. Don’t forget to dress warm. These events are free and no registration is required. Cool things to do include:
- engage in winter activities
- watch the ice sculptors
- create nature-inspired crafts
- enjoy an arctic camping demo
