Come on out and enjoy the the city’s free Summer Workouts in Millennium Park on the Great Lawn funded by McDonald’s. These free workout sessions will be held from 7 am to 11 am. Workouts are 45 minutes long and guests are invited to stretch, kick and dance the summer away each Saturday as instructors take them through Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Zumba®. On Wednesdays, June 3–September 2, Wednesday Yoga is offered 7:30–8:15am. with local instructors from studios like Moksha and Kundalini Yoga in the Loop.
