Millennium Park’s summer workouts take place on the Great Lawn of the Pritzker Pavilion. If you’ve never been there, let us tell you: This place is gorgeous. You’ve got the skyline on one side, the lake on the other, and plenty of big blue skies ahead. To top it off? Many of the workout sessions at this park are accompanied by live music, and all Zumba sessions are filled with live drumming.
No matter what kind of workout you’re into, you’ll find it in the park. This summer, work on your beach body with yoga, strength training, Pilates, and Zumba. Don’t think of this as your blah, run-of-the mill workout — all classes are led by popular instructors from major studios and gyms throughout the city. And yeah, you heard right — strength training is new this year and will most likely have in in need of the Tuesday morning yoga.
Also, don’t miss Yoga Tuesday and Thursday mornings, June 6 – August 31. Classes are 7:30-8:15am.
