Dia de la Concha is a celebration of the love of everyone’s favorite pan dulce: the Concha. The best Mexican bakeries in Chicago will be serving a variety of one of Mexico’s most quintessential pastries. We invite you to join us on Sunday, January 21st at Thalia Hall, in the heart of the Pilsen neighborhood, for an afternoon of live music, local vendors, tamales, specialty Mexican drinks, and of course, all the conchas you can eat.

Dia de la Concha is dedicated to supporting our local communities and is proud to have 100% of the donations collected benefit ElevArte Studios.Mexican bakeries from across the city will serve a variety of one of Mexico’s quintessential pastries. With your sweet tooth satisfied, chow down on tamales and sip specialty Mexican drinks. All donations collected at the inaugural event will benefit ElevArte Studios, a community-based arts organization.
