Free Admission – Calling all Oscars fans in Chicago…Have you made your picks for Sunday? Why not impress your friends on Oscars night with a photo of you with a real Oscar Statuette? You can get free admission to see some of the actual Oscars statuettes in Chicago that will be presented at this year’s Academy Awards (including the actual Best Actor statuette) through Sunday, March 7th, at The Shops at North Bridge on Michigan Avenue, and get your picture holding an Oscar statuette.
Oscar fans in Chicago will be the first to glimpse at the Best Actor Oscar to be presented on Sunday, March 7th to Jeff, George, Colin, Morgan or Jeremy! You can also have the chance to have your photo taken with an actual Oscar statuette at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ “Meet the Oscars®, Chicago,” presented by Kodak on Level 1 in the Nordstrom Court. The exhibition is open from Thursday, February 25th, through Sunday, March 7th, at The Shops at North Bridge on Michigan Avenue at Grand Avenue. On Friday, March 5, the actual statuettes to be awarded for this year’s Best Actress and Best Actor will make their way back to Hollywood where they will be reunited with the rest of the Oscars.
