This Saturday, April 27, The Institute for Justice is hosting a summit to kickstart a career in Chicago in the food business. Though it does not look like it’s focused on food trucks, this will likely give you a great foundation and there will certainly be people who can help answer questions you may have about the food truck business. This session will cover mobile food licensing, and shared kitchen user/operator licensing, among other things. Our other sessions will cover topics that should apply to any business in the food industry, including breaking into the food business, marketing your business, and hiring workers. The Institute for Justice is one of the best, most accurate and informative resources and they have put together so many resources over many years to help educate the public and clarify often difficult to understand legislation.
