Free Night Market ‘Sauced’ in Chicago with Food, Art and Retail Vendors – April 27

SAUCED is back — On Wednesday, April 27 from 6 to 11 PM, Chicago’s only night market hosts an evening of eclectic food-slingers, retail vendors, libations and live entertainment at Thalia Hall. Emerging chefs and artists are all the rage at this market, and the highlights this time around include a first taste of Thai Dang’s forthcoming restaurant HaiSous, and a set from musician and visual artist, Fee Lion. Sauced is a roving night market dedicated to emerging culinarians, artists and that guy from high school who’s a DJ now – an evening of food, art and debauchery set to the tune of “Hypnotize.”     Sauced pops up from the underground once a month to make your nights more interesting – like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, with less pizza and more steamed dumplings.
