Come Out and Enjoy All Things Irish at iBam this Weekend in Chicago

Come out with friends and family to the eighth annual Irish Books, Arts and Music celebration Friday, October 14 to Sunday, October 16 — iBAM! returns to the Irish American Heritage Center this weekend, at 4626 North Knox Avenue, Chicago, IL 60630. Highlights include a gala awards dinner and concerts with Tommy Fleming and Paddy Homan. On Saturday and Sunday, from noon to 6pm, iBAM! features author presentations, live music, theatre, films, panel discussions and children’s activities. There is also FREE GENEALOGY ADVICE each afternoon — see the scheuddle at the link above.On Friday, attend the Gala Awards Dinner to celebrate the contributions of the Irish in the categories below. Cocktails are at 7pm, followed by dinner at 8pm. Dinner tickets are $125 for IAHC Members and $150 for general admission. iBAM! programing runs Saturday and Sunday October 15-16, 2016 from noon to 7pm. After 7pm, stay for food and fun in the 5th Province pub.

Don’t miss two iBAM! concerts: Paddy Homan on Saturday at 7pm and Tommy Fleming on Sunday at 5pm. Tickets are $25-35.  Admission to iBAM! daily sessions is free and patrons who make a donation will be
entered into a raffle.
