Free Classical Concert in Downtown Chicago – March 14

Come check out this FREE classical concert on March 14th at the Auditorium Theater in downtown Chicago! Celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Music Conservatory and 20th anniversary of the Theatre Conservatory, Roosevelt University’s VIVID 2018 features the CCPA Chamber Orchestra led by Andrew Grams and performing American music with renowned pianist and faculty member Winston Choi; and a Theatre Conservatory retrospective featuring song and dance, accompanied by a CCPA jazz combo.

For those interested, there is a VIVID Gala VIP Reception that will take place at 5:30PM before the 7:30PM showcase. Tickets to the Gala are not free, and can be purchased HERE. 100% of the proceeds will be used for CCPA student scholarships.

CCPA alumna Merle Dandridge, lead actor in the Oprah Winfrey Network hit drama series Greenleaf, will accept the first annual CCPA Distinguished Artist Award. A ticketed pre-show Gala, which includes reserved VIP seating and a VIP reception with actor Merle Dandridge, begins at 5:30PM.
