Kinetic Sand lovers can head to their local Baskin-Robbins to get a free Kinetic Sand Scented Ice Cream Cone container with any purchase of $10 or more, while supplies last.

Breyers

Through July 21, Breyers has a new Cookie Coverage promotion, which is an insurance policy offering free ice cream. After some ice cream lovers complained there were not enough cookies in Cookies & Cream frozen treats, Breyers is rolling out a new version with 20% more cookies. Even better, it’s guaranteed: If anyone isn’t satisfied with the cookies to cream ratio, they just need to file a claim and their next tub of Breyers for free.

Burger King

Until July 31, Royal Perks members can get a free vanilla soft serve cone or cup with a $1 purchase. You can sign up for free.

Carvel

On July 18, customers who purchase an item from Carvel’s new churro menu will get a surprise offer, which they can redeem in-store until Aug. 30. You won’t know what deal you have until you get it, but some examples include free toppings and cones, $1 off a Sundae dasher, and BOGO deals on sundaes and cones.

In addition, residents in California, Connecticut, Florida, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, or Virginia have until Aug. 30 to enter to win one of 10 $450 Carvel gift cards, aka ice cream for a year. All you have to do is sign up to a be a part of Carvel’s Fudgie Fanatics club, and voila, you’re in the running.

Cold Stone

From Saturday, July 18 through Thursday, July 22, new and existing My Cold Stone Club Rewards members can score $3 off a purchase of $10 or more when purchasing their ice cream online. All you have to do is join if you haven’t already (it’s free) and log into your account when checking out at coldstonecreamery.com.

Dairy Queen

On July 18, you can score $1 off any size Dipped Cone at participating Dairy Queen locations nationwide when you order through the DQ mobile app.

DoorDash

There’s no better way to celebrate ice cream then by getting a bunch of it for free. On DoorDash, from July 15 through 18, get a free pint of ice cream (or another ice cream item) on orders of $20 or more. To get your free ice cream, open the DoorDash app or website and select DashMart or your local convenience store. Then, choose the ice cream item you want, add it to your car, and use promo code ICECREAM at checkout.

Edy’s

Until Friday, July 16, you can enter to score a free pint from Edy’s Rocky Road Collection by going to Edy’s or Dreyer’s Instagram accounts and following one of them. All you have to do is take their quiz to find your Rocky Road Collection “match,” then comment with the name of the flavor and what makes you excited to try the flavor. In your comment, make sure to tag either Edy’s or Dreyer’s and use the hashtag #NationalIceCreamDay2021. Once you post your comment, Edy’s will direct message you with information on how to get your free ice cream while supplies last.

Insomnia is celebrating National Ice Cream Day all week long, from July 12 through 18, by offering a free scoop of ice cream with purchase (no minimum) in-store or online for delivery with code ICECREAMDAY.

Whole Foods

Until Tuesday, July 20, Whole Foods Market is keeping the ice cream celebration going by offering 35% off all of their ice creams and frozen treats, including their Milk Bar and Jeni’s varieties. As always, Prime Members can save an extra 10% off.
